Community Development Services (CDS)

Our Community Development Services (CDS) aim to equip participants with the tools needed to develop and maintain skills aligned with their personal interests and goals within the community. These services are provided in a variety of community settings, offering group activities that foster both independence and inclusion. Group activities include, but are not limited to, social outings, educational programs, volunteer opportunities, and recreational events.

At Emmanuel Group Home, we deliver these services across diverse community environments, creating opportunities for participants to enhance their independence and social integration. Through a person-centered planning process, we ensure that each participant’s preferences, aspirations, and goals are at the forefront, tailoring every opportunity to support a fulfilling and inclusive life.
