Through our comprehensive supported employment program, we connect individuals with diverse job opportunities in the community, enabling them to earn their own paychecks and enjoy the satisfaction of financial independence. Services are provided during the daytime in various settings, including volunteer opportunities, tailored to each individual’s abilities and the needs of employers.

We focus on creating stepping stones for participants, offering initial work experiences and pathways to more challenging, higher-paying jobs. Our goal is to ensure that every individual we serve can participate meaningfully in daily life while building a rewarding and sustainable career.
